I am reading dostojevski. And those are the opening lines for his "notes from underground" Translations vary though, most I've found says: "I am a sick man. ... I am a spiteful man. I am an unattractive man. I believe my liver is diseased.", even found one saying "wicked" instead of spiteful. But the one I'm reading is translated as above. I just found it fitting.
